Rent is increasing, they want nothing in OUR so called private porches they claim as amenity on their website. They also claim extra storage but there is no extra storage. There’s like 5 storage units but they are taken and there is a long waiting list 😒.. the only storage we had was the storage outside in our porch but they have recently taken THAT away as well. Way to frequent “inspections” and notices to enter our apartment with or without our presence. Way to often do they ask for our pay stubs etc. I’m 32, I grew up in these apartments. I was 5 when we moved here. It used to be a great place to call home. On the other hand, the staff here is excellent and very friendly. They have a great after school program to help kids with their homework. This is just my HONEST review.
