Donât rent! Our rent has shot up over $300 in a two year spam. In 2021 our rent increased twice. Itâs ridiculous how there isnât any laws to prevent this from happening! These are supposed to be affordable housing and instead they take advantage of people in a very difficult time. We are a family of 5 under one income in the middle of a pandemic and they still have the nerve to increase our rent drastically. There is only one parking spot yet some other tenants have two because they have been living here longer. The unmarked parking spots are taken up by cars that are not working and using it for storage. Management refuses to do anything about it. Our apartment is on the second floor and the balcony is not gated so anything you leave outside is at your own risk. The storage room outside is locked and you canât put anything inside per apartment rules. So you donât have any real storage. Other than that the area is quiet and really clean. Maintenance is very friendly and respectful although they take forever to answer to your maintenance request.
